Meta Platform Data Disclosure
SpredX Agency (“we,” “us,” “our”) uses the Meta Marketing API to provide advertising performance reporting and analysis services for the businesses we manage. This section describes how we collect, use, store, and protect data obtained through Meta’s platform.
What Data We Collect via Meta
When a business grants our application access to their Meta ad account, we collect the following data through the Meta Marketing API:
- Ad account identifiers and account names
- Campaign, ad set, and ad performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, CPM, CPC, CTR, reach, frequency)
- Conversion and action data (leads, purchases, scheduled appointments, cost per action)
- Ad creative metadata (ad titles, body text, image URLs, landing page URLs)
- Targeting configuration summaries (age ranges, locations, interest categories)
We do not collect personal information about individual users who view or interact with ads. All data is aggregated performance data provided by Meta’s reporting APIs.
How We Use This Data
Meta platform data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Generating advertising performance reports for clients whose accounts we manage
- Providing AI-powered analysis and recommendations to improve ad performance
- Monitoring campaign health and identifying anomalies or optimization opportunities
- Internal agency reporting and quality assurance
We do not sell, license, or share Meta platform data with any third parties. Data is used solely to service the advertising accounts we are authorized to manage.
How We Store and Protect This Data
- Meta API data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encrypted connections
- Performance insights are cached in a secured database for up to 24 hours to reduce API calls and improve response times
- Access to our reporting tools is restricted by password authentication
- API access tokens are stored securely on our server and are never exposed to end users or client-side code
- Our application servers are hosted with SSL certificates, firewalls, and regular security updates
Data Retention and Deletion
- Cached insights data is automatically purged after 24 hours
- Ad account metadata (account names and IDs) is retained while the client relationship is active
- When a business disconnects our application or terminates their service agreement, all cached data associated with their ad accounts is deleted within 30 days
- Users may request immediate deletion of their data by contacting us at rick@spredx.com
Data Deletion Requests
If you wish to have your Meta platform data removed from our systems, you may:
- Remove our application’s access through your Meta Business Settings
- Contact us directly at rick@spredx.com to request data deletion
Upon receiving a deletion request or deauthorization notice from Meta, we will delete all associated cached data and confirm completion.
Compliance
Our use of Meta platform data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies. We do not use Meta data for purposes beyond those described in this policy, and we do not attempt to re-identify anonymized or aggregated data.
Changes to this Statement Spredx reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our website, and/or by updating any privacy information. Your continued use of the website and/or Services available after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
