Full Job Description and Requirements:
We are a web development and digital marketing agency that is helping small and medium size businesses succeed in this ever changing technology environment. We are building new solutions for the future that will be able to scale to any business in any industry. We are building the “All in One” web development and digital marketing plans for businesses.
We’re excited to announce that we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Executive to become an integral part of our team.
Reporting directly to me (Founder and CEO), you will be handling day to day operations for clients and enhancing our systems and processes. We have built a custom software that manages all client schedules and tasks. Daily tasks with SOPs will be assigned and you will also be in charge of improving this software and the SOPs. These tasks will be around multiple disciplines including: web development, analytics, SEO, digital ads and social media. There does not need to be expertise in any of these disciplines but there needs to be expertise and experience in using software solutions: CRMs, ad dashboards, project management software, Canva, etc.
We are layering AI over top of this software to start to automate fulfillment, so experience using AI will be required. You will help craft AI solutions to continue to automate and improve our services.
We are looking for an ambitious individual who enjoys the satisfaction of accomplishing set tasks everyday while also being able to improve systems and create future solutions. This job will not involve interacting with clients, unless that is something you want to do. You will have full access to me (Founder and CEO) with unlimited room for growth but you will need to be highly motivated as we value hard work and efficiency.
